Sue Fagalde Lick will be signing books at booth 64 at the Portland Book Festival on November 9th.

Sue Fagalde Lick spent many years working as a journalist in California’s Bay Area before relocating with her late husband to the Oregon coast. In the middle of their journey through Alzheimer’s Disease, she earned her MFA at Antioch University Los Angeles and turned her attention to poetry and creative nonfiction. Her work has appeared in Rattle, The MacGuffin, Willawa, Creative Nonfiction, Persimmon Tree, New Letters, The American Journal of Poetry, and other publications. She also blogs at www.unleashedinoregon.com and www.childlessbymarriage.com. Her books include Stories Grandma Never Told: Portuguese Women in California, Childless by Marriage, and Up Beaver Creek.
