Gail Oberst, Editor will be signing books at booth 64 at the Portland Book Festival on November 9th. Gail Oberst is a long-time volunteer for the Luckiamute Watershed Council which operates in Polk and Benton counties, Oregon. She is a career journalist, novelist and editor who has put her publishing talents to this fundraising book project for the council.
