Estacada author Kay Jennings has released the third book, Code: Tsunami, in her A Port Stirling Mystery series. The series, featuring Police Chief Matt Horning, is set on the southern Oregon coast, and features a cast of continuing characters. Code: Tsunami imagines what would happen to the coastal village of Port Stirling if the ‘Big One’ hits. The devastating natural disaster also unearths a decades-old skeleton with a bullet lodged in its skull. Is it hiding an ugly story in Oregon’s history?
