Willamette Writers member Franklin Posner will be one of the featured authors at the Fall Festival of the Arts in Troutdale, Oregon, from Saturday, September 21st to Sunday, September 22nd. The Fall Festival of the Arts is sponsored by the West Columbia Gorge Chamber of Commerce and is a celebration of the thriving arts community in the eastern Multnomah county area.
