Leonide Martin trained with Mayan elders and did field work to write historical fiction about powerful Mayan women. Visiting the Red Queen’s tomb inspired this remarkable woman’s story. “The Mayan Red Queen” publishes on March 1, 2018. Leonide will be at Another Read Through, 3932 N.
