Judy and Little Bear, A Camp Sherman Adventure features a strong but grieving woman named Judy who finds humor and healing through a chance encounter with a lost bear cub and a huckleberry pie. The story, while fictional, is based on long-time Camp Sherman resident Judith Ervin and her lifetime of adventurous summers in the family’s historic cabin. Everything about this book is homemade—pen and ink drawings and patiently captured photographs. This story is guaranteed to touch the heart of readers at all ages and stages in life. Co-authored with Trista Cornelius.

Judy and Little Bear, A Camp Sherman Adventure launched in the fall of 2023 at Terra Casa to a warm and welcoming audience and was selected by the Oregon Historical Society for the 54th annual Holiday Cheer Oregon author event.
