Did Someone Say Road Trip? On Saturday, October 7th, from 10 till 3, there will be a PNW Authors’ Book Fair at the Peninsula Church Center, 5000 N Street, in Seaview, WA (behind the laundromat).

This Book Fair is a re-boot of the pre-pandemic Authors’ Showcase, formerly sponsored by the town of Long Beach. Unfortunately, Long Beach decided not to bring the Showcase back. Now in 2023, Jan Bono has gathered 22 PNW authors all under one roof for one spectacular day, to meet and greet PNW readers just like YOU.

The headliner for this event will be Randall Platt, from Gig Harbor and Rockaway Beach, whose books often take place in either Washington or Oregon. She claims time spent on the Long Beach Peninsula as a youth was a significant pivot point in her life. Randi is an amazing multi-genre author and researcher extraordinaire. She’s won many significant awards for her books, had a movie made of one, and another optioned. Check her out at www.plattbooks.com.
