Holiday Book Fair a Success!

Thank you everyone who helped make the Willamette Writers Holiday Book Fair such a success! We had a blast and raised money for a great cause. Special thanks goes out to the Barnes and Noble at Clackamas Town Center for providing us with this fundraising opportunity and to each and every author who participated in our three nights of celebrating books and reading.

We’re thrilled that Barnes and Noble customers have already donated over 1,000 books to Books For Kids. But our fundraiser isn’t over yet. There’s still time to help Willamette Writers give books to kids in need.

Until December 11, when you use the voucher code 11723269 for your online Barnesandnoble.com purchases, one dollar of every ten spent will go directly to Books for Kids.

Willamette Writers’ Books for Kids program distributes donated books to disadvantaged children and teenagers in Oregon and SW Washington. So when you participate in this fundraiser by using the voucher code above, you help a child in need set free the adventure and imagination hidden in the pages of a book. Join the adventure online today.
