Casey Bush is a Sr. Editor of The Bear Deluxe Magazine, the Northwest’s leading environmental arts mag. Long time Portland poet, he’s performed at the Portland Poetry Festival, Seattle Poetry Festival, Powells, Crystal Ballroom, Artquake, Goatfest, Mt. Writers Series; every open mic from the Long Goodbye, the Riverway, Café Lena, Red & the Black Cafe, Blue Monk and Three Friends Coffee Shop; been featured in local publications- Adragtul, Fireweed, NRG, Portlander, takeout, PenInHand, Thanatos, Broken Word Anthology, Portland Lights, Fireweed, Portland Alliance, Black Widows Web of Poetry, the Oregonian, Windfall and Plazm. Dan Raphael’s latest collection of new poems is The State I’m In (March 2012). Impulse & Warp: The Selected 20th Century Poems (9/10), contains work from his first 13 collections. In between, Children of the Blue Supermarket, Dan’s first CD (with saxophonist Rich Halley and drummer Carson Halley) was released. Current poems are in Otoliths, Rattapallax. Caliban, Snakeskin and Skidrow Penthouse. He performs throughout the Northwest–Powells Books, Bumbershoot, Wordstock, Eastern Oregon U, Cascadia Poetry Festival, and Portland Jazz Festival. He arranges the St Johns Market Day reading series.

C. Steven Blue won his first poetry award at age 12. Retired from a 27 year career in stage production, he lives in Eugene, OR, where he writes and publishes poetry and music. Involved in the local poetry and music scene, he performs at open mics and poetry readings weekly. With three self- published books, he’s working on a new chapbook. His work is in numerous publications and periodicals. Steven is working with the Eugene Public Library, Groundwaters Magazine and the Mid-Valley Willamette Writers to coordinate two Poetry Events this year for the Eugene Public Library’s Summer Reading Series and the 150th Birthday Celebration of Eugene.
