Whether you’ve sold a handful of short stories or are starting a freelance writing business, there are logistics you need to consider. Do you need a separate business bank account? Can you write off that trip to Powell’s?
Jessie Kwak is not a lawyer! But she has been running a writing business for over a decade, and she’s here to chat about the business nuts and bolts of earning money with your writing — as well as the various ways that writers can make that money. Bring your business hats and questions!
About Jessie Kwak
Jessie Kwak is a science fiction author and business book ghostwriter living in Portland, Oregon. When she’s not raving about her latest favorite sci-fi series to her friends, she can be found sewing, mountain biking, or out exploring new worlds both at home and abroad.
