Note: The online and in-person meetings will be separated for this event, as opposed to hybrid.
Join us for an evening of creativity and expression at the Willamette Writers Open Mic on January 2nd at 7PM (doors open at 6:45PM)! As we bid farewell to the holiday season and welcome the new year, let’s come together to share our stories, poems, and spoken word pieces. Whether you’re a seasoned wordsmith or a first-time performer, our open mic is a welcoming space for all voices. Bring the warmth of your holiday tales (about 5-minute reading time), the reflections of the past year, or the aspirations for the one ahead!

About Your Chapter Meeting
Willamette Writers meetings are free and open to all writers, 18 and up. Writers are welcome to make a donation to help support the cost of the meeting (we believe in paying our speakers for their time and skills). This meeting is run by volunteers. We look forward to seeing you there!
