Willamette Writers invites you to join us on Sunday, August 13th from 7 pm to 8:00 pm for an online-only meeting for an Open Mic! Does the audience sigh? Do they gasp? Do they laugh outright? Does the page read smoothly for you? In other words, does your writing bring the audience into your experience successfully? Read for applause and explore the effectiveness of your creation. Or join us to listen and enjoy. All genres are welcome but readings should be suitable for mixed audiences.

Each writer will have five minutes to present a work of their choice. Please note five minutes is the maximum time so everyone gets a chance to read.
