The Southern Oregon Willamette Writers will meet at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16th in the Ben Bones room of the Josephine Community Library in Grants Pass. Our speaker, Heather Ransom, will discuss her journey of writing her novel, which led to the publication of the trilogy.

About Heather Ransom

Heather grew up in a family that loved stories, and although she never thought of herself as a writer, she always considered herself a storyteller. After an interesting interaction with a student, she began her journey writing her first novel, which was picked up by a small press in Oregon, Not a Pipe Publishing. In this meeting, Heather will talk about that journey, the ups and downs, the funny moments, the tears, and ultimately, the offer for her novel, which led to the publication of the full trilogy.
