How to Be Big in Small
Sometimes the best way to tackle a big idea is with brevity, and sometimes a writer can make a big career out of a small audience.
Bruce Holland Rogers teaches fiction writing in the low-residency MFA program of the Northwest Institute of Literary Arts. He was a Fulbright professor in Hungary and an Arts Fellow in Japan. Hundreds of his short stories have appeared in publications including the unlikely mix of Good Housekeeping, The Sun, The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction, North American Review, and Adbusters. In recent years, he has specialized in flash fiction.
