Hybrid Vancouver: Open Mic Night

The Vancouver Chapter invites you for a fun night of open mic sharing, snacks, and getting to know other local writers at the Three Creeks Community Library (800 NE Tenney Rd. Vancouver) on September 8 from 6:30-7:45PM (in-person starts at 6PM).
What better way to celebrate words than by listening to other writers reading their work, sharing some of your own, all accompanied by yummy goodies and coffee (Goodies and coffee available for in-person attendees).
You can sign up to share your work (no more than 750 words/5 minutes) in-person or virtually at the start of the event on a first-come, first-served basis. After sharing your work there will be an opportunity for listeners to respond with brief, positive comments.

About Our Events
Willamette Writers meetings are free and open to all writers. Middle and high school writers are encouraged to join Young Willamette Writers. Attendees are welcome to make a donation to help support the cost of events. If you feel sick, please stay home and join us online. Contact the office if you have any accessibility requests.
