Greg Rucka

Greg Rucka is a New York Times best-selling comic book creator and a five-time Eisner award-winner. Most recently, the adaptation of Rucka’s graphic novel series Stumptown has been ordered to series at ABC with Rucka producing alongside Ruben Fleischer and David Bernad, with Cobie Smulders starring. Rucka’s “fairytale of blood and bullets,” The Old Guard, which was acquired by Skydance with Rucka attached to adapt and executive produce, is in production as the first installment of a feature film franchise with Netflix. Gina Prince-Bythewood is directing with Charlize Theron and Kiki Layne set to star. Additionally, his Eisner Award-winning comic Lazarus was bought by Amazon to be developed as an event TV series. Greg Rucka and Michael Lark, the illustrator and co-creator, are attached as Executive Producers. Rucka also served as an Executive Producer on the movie Whiteout, starring Kate Beckinsale, which is based on his award-winning comic book series of the same name. dditionally, Rucka’s novel and comic book series Queen & Country is set up at Fox with Jenno Topping producing; Ridley Scott has signed on to direct.
