Judith Elliot McDonald will be reading from and signing copies of her debut novel Feargus on Saturday, December 7 in the Community Room of the Oregon City Library, 606 John Adams Street, Oregon City, from 2 to 4 pm. McDonald is a published playwright.
Feargus is a deeply moving multi-themed literary tale of a beloved, heroic dog, a woman with a dark and joyless history with dogs, and a ruthless feral pack with its own ideas about life and redemption. Set on the mysterious Oregon Coast from 1992-2005, Feargus is at times romantic, moving, grizzly, and quite an adventure.
