Grand Opening and Open House

Apr. 23, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Congratulations to Willamette Writers for buying and setting up the new Willamette Writers House! To celebrate, all members are invited to an all-day Open House on Saturday, Apr. 23. (Coincidentally, that’s also Shakespeare’s 447th birthday.)

Please bring a dish to share and a housewarming gift for the house, such as books you’ve written, writing books, cleaning supplies, writing décor, etc.

Our new writing headquarters is located at 2108 Buck Street, West Linn 97068 (maps and directions). West Linn is just south of Portland, and the house is at the corner of Caulfield, Buck and Highway 43.

The Willamette Writers office is also located in the house. You can reach the office on the new phone number, (503) 305-6729.

Open soon for writers

As of Apr. 24, the Writers House will also be open to room writing and critique groups for WW members.
