Portland: Young Willamette Writers Monthly Meeting

March 7, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

At the Young Willamette Writers meeting on March 7, we’ll spend our time together as friends. We’ll share snacks, share our work, and share time getting to know each other a bit better. Maybe we’ll write to a fun prompt, but for sure it will be fun.

If you’ve been curious about Young Willamette Writers, this is a good chance to ask questions and meet some people. Bring a sample of your writing if you’d like to share it with the group. We love to hear what fellow YWW’s are working on.

Young Willamette Writers in Portland meets at the same time and place as the adult Willamette Writers meetings, normally on the first Tuesday of the month from September through June. We meet from 7 – 8 pm at The Old Church in downtown Portland at SW 11th and Clay.

Please understand that schedules can change and we do our best to keep you informed.

Interested? We welcome any students from 5th to 10th grade. Join us! There is no cost, no application, no special permission. If you think writing is fun, we hope to see you. Just show up!
