Young Willamette Writers Chill in December

December 6, 2016 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Young Willamette Writers in Portland meets at the same time and place as the adult Willamette Writers meetings, normally on the first Tuesday of the month from September through June. We meet from 7 – 8 pm at The Old Church in downtown Portland at SW 11th and Clay.

This month we will enjoy a holiday get-together with snacks and sharing our work. Bring a story, poem, or piece of your writing to read to the group, if you want to. These are supportive and encouraging like-minded writers! We’ll use whatever time we have left to write to a fun prompt. We hope to see you!

Please understand that schedules can change and we do our best to keep you informed.

Interested? We welcome any students from 5th to 10th grade. Join us! There is no cost, no application, no special permission.
