Corvallis: “Sell Your Book, Not Your Soul” with Gary Corbin

On Monday, May 22nd at 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Corvallis (Allison Room), 114 SW 8th St. (Use 9th St. parking lot) Willamette Writers on the River (WWotR) will host Gary Corbin who will present on marketing the self-published novel.
Sell Your Novel, Not Your Soul
Self-published author Gary Corbin (Lying in Judgment, The Mountain Man Mysteries) will describe how he successfully addressed the special challenges of marketing his self-published novels, including how he built his platform prior to publication, strategies he employed to reach warm and cold audiences, and methods for amplifying and coordinating messages across multiple marketing platforms.
About Our Speaker – Gary Corbin
Gary Corbin is a writer, actor, and playwright in Camas, WA. Lying in Judgment, his Amazon.com best-selling legal thriller, was selected as Bookworks.com “Book of the Week” in July 2016, and was featured on Literary Lightbox’s “Indie Spotlight” in February 2017. His plays have also enjoyed critical acclaim and have enjoyed several productions in regional and community theaters.
