Coming Through The Crucible
This meeting will be held on the third Monday of the month, not fourth, because of Memorial Day.
This event will be a conversation concerning the emotional challenges we writers face in our work. After establishing a common understanding of the insecurities and self-doubt inherent in a writer’s life, we will examine in depth the vulnerability of shame and the internal narrative, “I am not good enough.” Throughout the evening Kenney will suggest new ways we may relate to our emotional life as well as meditation techniques designed to connect with our basic goodness, thus enabling the creative spirit to move freely.
