Kim Johnson is the young adult author of This Is My America, pitched as Dear Martin meets Just Mercy. Publication is planned for summer 2020 by Random House Childrens, with an untitled standalone novel to follow. Kim holds a Masters from the University of Maryland and is an Assistant Vice Provost at the University of Oregon. Kim has been a conference attendee and member of Willamette Writers since 2013.
